Gaddy Surveying & Design, Inc, has been awarded the construction staking contract for the new Cheesecake Factory restaurant to be located at Lenox Square in Buckhead. GSD will be working for general contractor, RCC Associates, who is building the new 9,330 square foot restaurant which will be located in the newly remodeled section of the mall.
This is the second Cheesecake Factory project that GSD has worked on for RCC Associates. In 2013, GSD provided surveying services for the newly opened Cheesecake Factory located at the Mall of Georgia.
RCC Associates is based out of Deerfield Beach, FL, and has more than 40 years experience specializing in high-end restaurants, retail stores, banks, fitness centers, hotel remodels and selct commercial projects.

Gaddy Surveying & Design, Inc, has been awarded the construction staking contract for the new Brookwood High School Athletic Department Field House to be located on the Snellville, GA campus. GSD will be working for general contractor, A.M. Adams Building Corporation, who is building the new 15,200 square foot athletic facility. GSD began work on the project in December 2013.
This is the second school project that GSD has worked on for A.M. Adams. In 2011, GSD provided surveying services for the addtion to the Sope Creek Elementary School in Marietta, GA.
A.M. Adams Building Corporation is based out of Lilburn, GA, and has more than 10 years experience specializing in academic building construction.
